• Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned item, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or 100 NIS (whichever is lower).

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

• Pickup Option:

• Orders can be ready for pickup within up to 10 business days, though they are often ready much sooner.

• There is no shipping fee when choosing this option.

3. Shipping Regions

• We ship within Israel and internationally to countries with diplomatic relations with Israel.
